An apex head is by far the best thing you can buy for these. I’ve ridden a stock YZ250 vs mine with the apex head/SX dome and the difference is astounding.

@@JUSTINHAWKSMITH plus, Apex offers jetting recommendations for their heads which are spot on. The only thing I had to change from the recommendation was a needle clip position.
