I’m going to put this out there for both of you Justin and Juby. Just know this comes from my heart. I’m 60 married for 43 yrs. mother of 4 daughters and 10 grandchildren. There’s ALOT of experience thru life’s ups and downs here. What I believe is happening to you both is the wanting of the vagabond lifestyle, yet the need for the traditional lifestyle. How can you achieve both???? It seems you really love Colorado, btw I live in New Mexico just south of where you are. Sooo you should find land in the country that has elec.water sewer WiFi etc that’s feesable to afford. There is such out there you just have to look. You may have to build or start off with small and grow later with dwelling. After all Azailia can’t live under the bed forever right???? But you will be living a life out in nature and privacy. You can garden, raise chickens and live a self sustainable lifestyle yet be close to town and have a stable environment such as schools, gyms, social circles etc…. You’re at a cross roads. You can have both the freedom, nature, adventure yet stable & reliable lifestyle. I’m guessing the way you both are feeling there will be no sister or brother for Azalea ……….. life is a journey. Nothing is impossible but YOU must believe that too!!!!

So I've jumped on today for the first time in a long time. Life brings so many unexpeted paths. Mine changed 18 months ago with the loss of my daughter and being rewarded custody if her 2 year old my grandaughter who is 4 now. We have finally found the meld and my retirment plans have been modified to meet her needs. Those needs have become my desire now and some of the things I had planed may never manicest but it's ok..i retire in 2 months a few years earlier than anticipated and will settle in to a less hectic day to day. The point of my rattle is simply I had forgotten so much. As a younger mother, I had entered beast mode to accomplish it all. It's was overwhelming and exhausting and rewarding.. Relish life it all turns on a dime guys. You will find your zen again.

Thank you for sharing your story Susan and so sorry for the loss of your daughter. Juby, that piece you read made me cry. Lately I have been struggling with severe anxiety and mom guilt because the anxiety isn’t allowing me to be the best parent I can be. Garden of the Gods! I had a deep spiritual experience there 20 years ago. It was so nice seeing that magic place in your video. When people say "it takes a village" It is usually just talk. I say let's build the village! I'm ready and dream of that someday. Everybody with a skill to share. Kids all play together. Moms helping other moms. Dads helping other dads. Huge community garden.

20:08 I just wrote out a Long comment to you guys and ok I vented on accident lol but then the next video I watch is this and this part here hit my soul so hard it made me cry. Our lives felt like it came to a full complete stop with all that is happening in it but your words reminded me… no life has not stopped it may have slowed down or in our case it Amy have slowed to a crawl in most areas but one areas is always moving forward and that is the most important part that at least one part of life, even if it’s tiny, will always be moving forward and that tiny part is the part to focus on because the other parts will catch up in their own time. Life is funny that way, plans are just a an idea and the minutes that pass each day is concrete yet still moving forward inching it’s way to a better life. ♥️

I wish i wasn't so late to this video to upload a beautiful photo of this river..well 2 rivers that outline our tiny town... the Raritan River and the Millstone River...beautiful rivers to visit especially in the fall. Mother nature can be so beautiful but so tragic at the same time! Although we love those rivers so much and love to visit them and kayak through them and the kids love going and one is a minute drive away and the other about 5 minutes... during hurricane ida both those rivers came up and destroyed about 70%-80% of our homes! So many of us left with nothing or alot of work to do to rebuild..but than after a month of all the flooded trash finally picked up out or yards we are still left with alot of empty homes and rebuilding but you know what those two rivers look just as beautiful even though they destroyed our homes you can't help but take in their beauty!

So it's out of the way and you guys can spend more time exploring. Love you guys hope things get better! Our adventure was to take all 5 out of 6 children to an apple orchard. Unfortunately my 9 year old was stung and severally his face swelled and swelled his eye shut. And has a bee sting allergy and now has to carry an epi pen. Which were waiting on so im not sure that adventure is going to quiet happen now. Fish wire was probably from where someone put food in the tree or there trash to keep from bears.

The word travel as you know comes from the word travaille which means work/hardship. As someone who has traveled a lot, we had to take "vacations" from traveling. For us that meant being in one place where every day isn't constant decisions. Travel is tiring even though on the surface it may not appear so. If you add a child and other"work" you have to do, well it doesn't leave much time or energy. You need to know your feelings are valid. xo my dears

Could I say something please? (I'm telling you from a Elders point of view.) Sometimes we have to cut our losses to find a new cross. Sometimes we have to let flow from our wings... so that your views can be seen. I had to give so much up...so I can be unstuck from the muck. I had to know deeply inside my soul that our own roads are how we grow. I have been blessed to travel the world. But now that I'm this sick and no cure my my trip...I know God was giving me a new grip on my reality. It doesn't mean that you are permanently giving up all your dreams. It just means change..when something isn't working out for your gain.

Hang in there guys, It gets better, We left Cary NC in 2019 of Nov. And by march of 2020 we where back in Cary and in an apartment for the year to ride out covid. While doing that we figured out that the RV we had just wasn't working for us. We sold our tow car, the RV , and bought a 2500 Dodge Ram and a travel trailer with a bunkhouse for our teenage son. We hit the road again after we all had our vaccines and have been on the road now full time for right at 4 months now. We think we are on the right path. having the truck is really nice. we just park the travel trailer unhitch and go. Right now we are up in Washington and Oregon it is really beautiful here. We will be making our way back to NC to see friends and family over the holidays and then back on our journey come Feb/March. I know it's a lot of work and I don't really know how you guys do it with a little one and a KZbin channel, But I do really enjoy your videos. Sending love and energy your way.
