Ive been a fan of this band for more than 18 years now. I started playing bass because of their bassist. If you like to dig more, ask me. Ive seen hundreds upon hundreds of their concerts. Since you're a bassist, you might want to listen and react to their song "Honey". Listen to the studio recording to get that bass really clear.

This is an extraordinary band and an extraordinary vocalist. Maybe a better song for you would be " Ibara no Namida" or " Garasu Dama" from 2012 live You can also check out Hyde's other band - Vamps - songs "Secret in my heart " 2012 live or " Evil" 2015 live or Hyde's solo projects songs, for example " Evergreen", "Fake divine", "Zipang"-live 2019 in Makuhari. Hyde writes very beautiful lyrics, sometimes it's just poetry. It is worth looking for translations.

This is very old song from their first album, around 1992 React to their peak years (1999 - 2002). Some recommendations: Finale, Shinsoku no Lose Control, Niji, Forbidden Lover, Kasou. All original MVs are on their channel (premium YT only).

I’ve been a fan of L’Arc en Ciel since I heard their song on the anime series “Rurouni Kenshin” or more popularly known as “Samurai X” back in the 90s. Having said that, check out Fourth Avenue Cafe and Niji. They’re more melodic that this one. Their either open or close their concerts with these 2 songs.
