I enjoyed this video so much. I will probably never get to go to Disneyland / Downtown Disney, but I love seeing it. It is fun to compare Disney Springs to Downtown Disney. Your energy is infectious and much needed at this time. Like you, I love the older, more traditional Disney decor and characters. Disney World seems to be trying to eradicate it from their park. Thank you for your positive attitude. I know it can't always be easy, but please know you are providing a blessing to all of us who watch. My late sister & I went to Downtown Disney a few years ago when she wasn’t feeling up to the park itself. It’s a great substitution. Your German friend was only slightly ragging you: in German “honey” is “honig”, but “schatz” is like “darling” or “honey”.

The new architecture in downtown Disney is honestly looking great. So glad to see it all kinda lean into the look of the Disneyland hotel. I was always worried they would try to "modernize" (see: ruin) the Disneyland hotel. This really shows they intend to keep that hotel classic.

I love my cats and have decided to anchor my tree. It is necessary and extremely helpful. I wind fishing line around three different points on the trunk of the tree. Then staple the wall low on the left side middle right side and high left side behind the tree. Pull the fishing line through the space between the staple and the wall and tie a knot and melt with heat in c your knots don't hold and this works. It is a lot easier than it sounds. it does work

Thanks for the video! I think that keeping the AMC theatre open would have been a good idea if they repurposed the theater to show Captain EO, Honey I shrunk the audience, The Muppet show and some of the Silly Symphonies...The rights are already owned, people LOVE those shows and they are not being used. Other than bowling and the live music, shopping and eating there is really not much entertainment. It would be fun to see a movie then get a bite to eat, especially if the ticket cost is lower than a norma movie. The cost of the movie can be kept low in that the theatre does not have to pay the 50-55% cost that goes to the producer of the movie because it is owned by Disney...But they never ask me.

Put garlands around the top of the room, and put the precious ornaments up out of cat reach - and put ornaments that double as cat toys on the tree itself! There's some ornaments being sold that I'm just... no... that's literally a cat toy made in red and white!
