In 1963 my family moved in to a house in Anaheim formerly owned by the artist that painted all the original figures in "It's a Small World" He had painted walls in the house with landscapes from Utah. As the story goes. I do not recall the guys name but he was one of Walt's first hires at Disneyland. We lived in that house until I graduated high School 1n 1977. My parents never painted over the walls. They said it would be wrong.

Ah Disney your lucky. I've only been to Disney world once in my like...and I was 7. That was all the way back in 1999. I live a sad miserable life, this is closest I'll ever get to see the parks. I did have some very fond memory's. Please keep up the fantastic videos.

Re: Small World. I believe Disney gives them the signs because they had them when I was there in January. Also, I'm slightly jealous that you guys seemed so comfortable on it. I had no idea that the boats were smaller than DL's so when the cast member directed all three of us into one row, I didn't know any better. I suppose you have to request leg room.

Actually this haunted mansion has 4 jack skellington references. Master gracy has a decaying portrait at the beginning before the elevator that has jack on his forehead, the book you mentioned, another book in the attic, and one more I haven't been able to find yet. There's a 2nd reference to Nightmare Before Christmas in the Haunted Mansion other than the one you pointed out but you cannot see it in the dark. Right before you leave the attic on the right side of the vehicle there is a wicker shelf unit behind some cobwebs. A small Jack Skellington plush is on one of the shelves.
