Justin I am 64 and visited Disneyland when I was 18. It looks like I won’t get back. So seeing all these things brought back many memories for me thank you!

I loved this exhibit so much. I used to shop at the Sports Authority that it used to be. My brother's doctor is in the building across the street. It's so weird when one of the things you really love comes to you. I get to go to Disneyland once, maybe twice a year. As soon as I heard about this exhibit, I HAD to come down. I would have spent all month in there if I could. And the best thing is that it really got me in the mood to go to Disneyland, which is where I'm going tomorrow! It even got my BROTHER excited to go because usually he doesn't really care about Disneyland. I love Disneyland and I love its history. Sometimes I wish that it WAS built in Burbank so that I could have gone and go more often. At least for this month, I got to go to Disneyland, even in mini museum form. If only I could afford to bid on anything in the auction. Even the smallest thing would make me happy. I wish, though, that it wasn't an auction and that it was a permanent museum. I would be there all the time if that was the case.

Ohhh, Justin (and the lovely Ally) - THANK YOU for the bittersweet look back! So many memories. Like you, I really miss Big Thunder Ranch (great BBQ) the Tiki Room, the tuna boat, and especially the People Mover! It was the perfect venue in which to sit, take a leisurely ride around Tomorrowland, enjoy some air conditioning and a few unique attractions. Sad to see those unique works being split up and scattered to the four corners of the earth, but better than ending up in a rubbish heap. Again, thanks!

I actually have all the Van Eaton Gallery catalogs for the Disney auctions. There's a lot of great stuff in them. Since the prices are out of my league, the catalog is a great way to have a document of them since it's about what I can afford. Really great video, Justin. Thanks for uploading this. It sparks a lot of great memories of both Disneyland and Walt Disney World for me.

My 1rst and only trip to Disneyworld was back in February of 2001. Sadly, they had already converted the subs into Ariel's Grotto by that time, and my late father and I were very disappointed we would never get to ride the attraction we had heard so much about. But you gave me a chance to see what I missed. Thanks!

THE BEST VLOG EVER! This is an amazing look at my childhood through Disneyland....I went to Adventure through Inner Space so many times... ... plus I have been in trouble A LOT...for "swinging the cabin" throwing popcorn out and for other "rule breaking" activities (allegedly) ...your SO funny...Lol I need to know if there are any "Wally Bow" Show items from the old "Golden Horseshoe Revue"? ~ I'm VERY Sure I actually rode in that Matterhorn Bobsled and I gladly cuddled with my boyfriend there. I NEED that Matterhorn Poster!! (I used to watch Cecil~ the UNDisney Sea Serpent~ everyday on TV at Noon) ..I'm so amazed by this display...I'm in awe!! No info on the old Polynesian Room? ( That was a great place to eat with the Fire Show) buy the way I have seen and ridden on the Bertha Mae... yes I'm OLD...lol TY Justin, ...Ally and you are my very favs....

I remember seeing a lot of those items on eBay years ago, including the Candy Palace sign, the Space Place sign, and the Swiss Family organ. I wondered what had happened to them. The Bertha Mae was also on eBay around that time. I decided not to put a bid on any of them because I had no means to take care of them properly.

I'm very glad that you were able to get back to California from the family vacation in Disneyworld in Florida and document this important event in the history of Disneyland (the original). I'm sure that I wasn't the only person who sent you the information of this free exhibit but the one question for you is...will you bid on something? I would LOVE to see you get the big D from the original hotel sign. Good luck and thank you for the tour!!! Keep making ALL of your videos.
