I return to this video so many times to hear him sing. His impression of prince was amazing. You should also watch his other one where he sings “slow jam and only for night” I’m not sure what the special is but if you put it in KZbin it comes right up. He’s wearing a red outfit in it

I never really appreciated his work until I saw the movie “Ray”. He was so spot-on with his portrayal of Ray Charles until midway into the movie I didn’t know if I was watching Jamie Foxx or Ray Charles. I remember telling my husband that he HAD to win the Academy Award because nobody could do a better job than he did. I agree with others here. Jamie Foxx is uniquely talented.

Jaime is a rare talent in that he could have gone in a music direction and would have achieve the same success as he did in comedy and acting. I love his duet with Glady Knight "Show Me While You Tell Me." I would have definitely bought that song....

JJ I tried to tell you how talented Jamie is when you were reacting to one of his movies. He made a comment that lead me to believe you didn't really care for him. But he is SUPER TALENTED. This man can write, sing and play his own original music . His impressions are on point. He acts and is a Stand Up comedian. You should check out his stand ups. They would be good to react to but make no mistake about it.. Jamie Foxx is talented!

It's the end of a comedy special bro. Jamie did this Because after doing comedy successfully for several years people didn't take him serious as a musical artist. So this is his showcase, and it blew up.
