Oh man….i could fill a backyard pool with terrible things I’ve said and terrible things that have been said to me. I think of two previous relationships where it was just so toxic, one especially more so because it was like a 4-5 year relationship. But I can’t say I totally regret all of it because I learned a lot about how communication and being responsible for your own coping mechanisms is so important. I think the reason ppl lash out like that is because they don’t know how to be vulnerable or be real about what they are really feeling.
