Wait a minute when saitama was fighting Goku in his boring mode he used 1% of his power then got serious and used 2% of his powers and got serious again when he saw ultra instinct used 3% of his powers and then 4% when he used his death punch but if this is only 4% of his power what does 5% or 100% of his powers do? Since shaggy uses only 1% of his powers and used ultra instinct as 2% when gets serious and uses 100% of his powers it will destroy a galaxy or a universe then what will happen if saitama uses 100% of his powers then?
