I battle anxiety and it isn't fun I constantly try to find things to cope. Some people tell me "just calm down" and its not that easy ,So it makes me feel better to know im not the only person battling anxiety in this world, I pray all of us will overcome soon anxiety sucks and is draining

Cant stand people asking "what are you anxious about" most of the time there is no reason, it just hits you like an adrenaline rush follwed by the shakes and nothing helps til it goes away by itself 😣
