Gem-Knight Lady Rose Diamond is fairy that can quick effect destroy 1 card by banishing a Gem-Knight when their opponents monster activates their effect. Seraphinite is a fairy that gives you a extra normal summon. Other than Rose there isn't a lot of great non-rock cards that allow you to go first well when you can't FTK/OTK. Rose Diamond isn't once per turn though its once per monster effect and the deck could use 1 more interruption but its really not that bad. Scatter Fusion and Absorb Fusion both lock you into Gem-Knights. However as long as we are careful not to lock ourselves to early we should be fine to make up the difference with generic cards. You can use Obsidians effect to revive a monster meaning that with the new cards there should be enough for I:P into S:P and Sillohatte Rabbit and because you add a lot from grave and deck you can do a lot for barely anything. The Alternative is to use no effects that lock you into Gem knights until the very end when it doesn't matter and play the deck as Branded Gem-Knight. This very possible because the new cards don't lock you into Gem Knights the new main deck monsters are light and darks meaning that you can send them off of Branded Fusion and Construct when sent from deck will allow me to revive it by discarding a card. Needless to say this support will make Gem-Knights see competitive play especially since the new support gives you a free omni-negate.

I really like demise of the land as fieldspell searcher for example …. it sucks that the card text of the permanent primite spell got changed so that now you can only summon the normal monster in defense position….

Just played against exactly ur decklist on ygo omega some minutes ago..my guy hit me instantly in round 3 with the ,, there can be only one'' for game :^) But its a pretty solid deck, rly cool to see it in action, works alot better then i thought🤙🏻❤️

This! But I feel like I’d rather just play the Vanilla Harpie since it lets you activate feather storm from the hand in the event that you have to go 2nd and open roar/lordly lode. You can summon Harpie Lady, then feather storm from hand and do your plays

2 cards I'm going to be trying in this deck: Champion's Vigilance. Free negate of a summon, spell or trap card if you control the Token since it's level 8, or the Spiral Dragon. White Elephant's Gift. It's a Pot of Greed as long as you control the token to send to the grave with it. Then since you no longer control the token, you'll be able to get it back again when your opponent activates another card effect.

@@Bmacthesage so elephants gift doesn’t work with the token since it can’t go to GY, so it only works with the normal monsters. Champions vigilance could be fun, although judgment does the same thing without requirements, just pays some LP’s

Thank you for shedding light on this super fun deck. I’m committing to this for at least like a month of locals. I was curious about your thoughts on 2 things I was considering. One are paleo cards, like maybe 2 olenoides 2 dinomischus or something just for removal. And they are considered normal monsters when they come back from the grave so they trigger pacifis. The second thing I’m having trouble cutting is sea stealth attack. I know you are right but have you missed it at all in testing? I’d also consider Dimensional fissure in the side deck but as you said it’s hard going 2nd already. I’m curious as to how you would side this format. Anyway thanks for this profile I’ve been amped for it. Been watching you since your OG lair of darkness profiles

@@miasmasenpai1503 for side deck if budget is not issue I think the mulcharmies obviously cook here. Judgment & heat wave for goin 1st. Paleos for me just feel a little too slow when coming back and Dino discarding isn’t ideal with how much weaker our engine is that everyone else’s. We want to keep every card we can. I still think about sea stealth, it’s just when you don’t open your engines it does absolutely diddly
