Their vocals are top tier. I feel like they are in league with Mamamoo and Red Velvet but they aren't talked about enough!!!

They have so many hidden gems in their discography. I recommend checking out their albums, especially real love, dear oh my girl and secret garden (my favorites).

Oh My Girl is, now, kind of a one of a kind active group. You're right....they are very traditional 3rd gen kpop when a lot of girl groups still did the dream, fairy, lovely, innocent concepts before girl crush/dance/hip hop just took over everything. They've been around for a long time and their company above all else puts singing above all (not to say they aren't good dancers....YooA-the one in white all the way to the left-is one of the best dancers of her generation in addition to having that voice). I would definitely take your time and dive when you DO have time because their discography is pretty massive. Their popularity, however, is definitely korea focused. There's a reason why so many idols openly say they are fans of Oh my Girl (IU, Nayeon/Jeongyeon/Jihyo from Twice, Weeekly Soojin, LOONA's Gowon, Nakyung from Fromis_9, a lot of the Lovelyz girls, CL from 2NE1, hyojung the redhead and 2nd from the left is in a little bestie crew with Moonbyul/RV Seulgi/KARA Youngji, etc) bc their songs and concepts are so good. When they were a few years in they were known in the industry as being the idol of idols bc so many kpop idols were fans of theirs. Their general public popularity happened after Queendom Season 1 where they didn't technically WIN but really they were the winners of Queendom Season 1 given a few ICONIC performances during the show (you were bopping along to Twilight a LOT....def worth it to check out their Queendom stage of it when you do dive into them)

They have a no-skip discography. You will definitely enjoy all their songs. You are right, their songs are difficult to sing and yet they sang like it's so easy and make listening so enjoyable.

The far right girl is seunghee and the red hair girl is hyojung, both are OMG's main vocalists though they introduce themselves as lead vocalist.. that's why they do many adlibs and take the hardest parts of songs. They called as old couple, they often do variety show together and their tiki taka plus chemistry is like old couple, they complete each other. The girl in full white dress is YooA, the angelic voice, she's vocalist and main dancer, that's why she's so expressive, she can't sing without moving her body, and she has 3 solo mini albums,, the most fenomenal song of her is the debut song "bon voyage" The wavy hair girl in white pants is Mimi, the main rapper and the other main dancer, also sub vocalist, she's indeed charismatic and naturally funny person, she's also wrote personally most of rap part in OMG's songs. The blonde girl is Yubin, known as binie before, she becomes one of the vocalist of OMG with strong and soul vocals, she's very athletic and the brain of the group. The last one, is Arin the youngest, she's sub vocalist, her voice is so soft and warm, maybe she's the weakest vocal and can't take hight notes in the songs, but her voice is so unique in its own way, and she's actrees and has been acted in several kdramas

They have two brother groups (B1A4 and Onf) in their label. Both whom also have done a killing voice performance, which I can recommend. I especially love B1A4‘s music!! One of their members Sandeul might be one of the most underrated vocalist in kpop!!!

These are some of my favorite songs of theirs, I‘d recommend: say no more magic real world b612 stupid in love my doll flower tea krystal underwater love eden heavenly Yooa (the girl on the far left, whose voice sounds so angelic) has also put out solo music. I especially like diver by her.

here's some short intro to them: from left to right YooA, the main dancer, lead vocalist who, just like you said, have an angelic voice. there's even a saying that Dreamy = YooA. she's one of the best dancers of the 3rd gen. Hyojung, the leader and main vocalist. the girl who always smile. she also the creator of several aegyo songs and also one of the first batch who graduated with Kpop as her major. Arin, the maknae, lead dancer and vocalist. with a very soft and breathy voice, I get why you're unsure of her. Mimi, the main rapper, and also one of the main dancer. she's very popular right now in Korea which raises her market value by a lot. she also write her own rap verses. Yubin, the lead vocalist. a former child actor from a family of athletes. a very shy girl who can sing with an RnB vibe. Seunghee, the main vocalist. she can belt and also she often work as a guide singer for other Kpop artists. she is very much the joker of the group. whenever she goes, she can make everyone laugh with her antics. originally an 8 members group, one of the members JinE left in 2017 for health reasons. then in 2022, after their 7 years contract ended, Jiho, their visual and the oddball of the bunch, didn't renew her contract which left the group with just 6 members.

As you see in your movie, there are Seunghee's funny and cute moments. - 22:28 (I feel like something has fallen on my mind.) - 30:20 (eyeball joke) :*) By the way, IMO, on this stage she sometimes deliberately shortens the length of notes, putting tension and attractiveness on the songs(relative pulling and filling). See how often she takes off left in-ear. In my opinion, it looks professional and sincere. I think one of the reasons is to keep the pitch in tune, or to prevent from hearing the torn or lumped sound through in-ear when singing high notes. On this stage, from the left, YooA, Hyojung, Arin, Mimi, Yubin and Seunghee. - YooA's voice color is very unique and she is in charge of Dreamy. She also released 3 solo albums. - Hyojung is a leader and a lead vocal. Her voice is very stable and sounds like it's right in front of me, very clearly.
