Zack raises a good point: it’s not just about QUANTITY of the evidence it’s about the QUALITY of the evidence. JB has about larger quantity of evidence and the quality of his evidence is more objective, therefore, higher quality evidence. By the way, we should keep in mind that so far, JB’s lawyer has only released evidence that directly refutes each claim BL has made, but he has many, many more receipts about her general behavior that we haven’t even gotten to yet. We will know we are near the end of this thing when BL actively starts using motherhood as a defense. I think receipts will show that one reason JB kept bending over backwards is because she kept using motherhood as an excuse for why she needed wardrobe brought to her, for why she was always late, for the clothing she wanted to use itself, etc.

Exactly. Instead of responding as an actress (what would that do for my character and the arc of her story), Blake personalizes the discussion first. Justin responds with his experience to try to get her to look outside her own perspective. Same dynamic with the home birth video and the silent slomo slow dancing. He is desperately trying to get her to think about the character and story, follow direction and act. It is part of the creative process to bring in one's own experience/emotions with the goal of informing evolving understanding of character and scene: how would my character experience this differently from me? what needs to be established in this scene to support what happens later in the story? But she just can't go there, stays in who she is, how she thinks, feels, does things. Then interprets it as SH! I mean...wow, just wow. He had the patience of a saint.

In JB's Baha'i faith, they believe they can communicate with loved ones who had passed in their dreams. I think it wasn't about BL's dead dad but actually about RR's dead dad. This also explains RR's strange skit with his mom and Brendon Sklenar. They mentioned the movie field of dreams which is about Kevin Costner seeing and talking to his dead dad and reconciling. RR is well known to have had a difficult relationship with his dad and may not have reconciled at his death. Possibly, during a discussion about JB's faith, he may have innocently mentioned to BL about reconciling with loved ones who had passed through his dreams and BL might have replied that RR and his dad never reconciled. Not expressing my opinion on Candace Owens one way or the other, but I did watch a podcast of hers where she was talking about the BL/JB drama, likening it, as many do, to the Johnny Depp/Amber Heard situation. Anyway, just thought you might be interested that she claims to already KNOW that Blake Lively's gonna lose this battle BIGTIME. She said she doesn't have any special, insider knowledge but she just "feels" it. A women's intuition kinda thing. I already am pretty much on JB's side, and totally agree with you that it's insanity to call Baldoni's supporters "right-wing". Are you effing serious? I'm about as liberal as they come and in this situation I'm on Baldoni's side based on what I've seen, assuming that's all truthful. I'll also mention without any embarrassment that I was on Amber Heard's side for the Depp/Heard spectacle....look at some of the evidence that was kept out of the US trial (remember she WON the same trial in the UK)...items that corroborate her claims, such as that Depp kicked her on a plane. Re: Candace Owens....in closing, before I knew anything about her political stance and beliefs, I really liked her and the way she seemed when she appeared as the sort of narrator in the Daily Wire documentary that shows the other side of "Making a Murderer" and calls out all the manipulation of facts, editing of court transcripts and other clearly unethical conduct that the producers of MAM engaged in. "Convicting A Murderer" was a docu-series, presented in multiple episodes, that basically shows all of the related facts and sequence of events in the Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey cases, outlining the actual events and showing how Netflix and the MAM producers/directors/writers, Laura Ricciardi and Moira Demos, tried to pass off their film as an honest and unbiased account of two men's difficult journey through the judicial system after the tragic murder of 25 year old Teresa Halbach in 2005, in Manitowoc, WI. "Convicting a Murderer", I felt, painted a much more nuanced, comprehensive story and showed how it's quite likely (at least I'm convinced of it) that Steven Avery is guilty and if Brendan Dassey DID actually rape Teresa and assist his uncle in disposing of her body, then sadly he is too and they both are exactly where they belong, despite Netflix and Ricciardi/Demos' efforts to paint them as the victims of a grand conspiracy. Anyway, since if I support Justin Baldoni I'm "right-wing" (lol), am I also Republican for believing in the absolute guilt of Steven Avery and loving the "Convicting A Murderer" piece because it appealed to my common sense? It wasn't until later that I realized that Daily Wire, the platform that produced and aired "Convicting a Murderer" IS, actually, known for being a right-wing conservative platform, but I think it's SHIT logic that just because I can appreciate Candace Owens and "Convicting a Murderer", means that I myself am conservative. so basically, you go, Zach! Most of us who’ve been following this story for weeks now have heard the same sht repeated. Not every detail needs to be credited, but if it blows your mind when you first hear it, enough that you want to share it with your audience, aren’t you at all curious where it came from? The longer this case goes, the more people will gravitate to creators with new tea. If you’re not sharing firsthand accounts, or doing your own research to uncover obscure details that fill in the picture, then it’s going to sound repetitive. I think that’s why Candace has been masterful at this. She’s been dropping BOMBS. She got into it late, but damn if her tea isn’t scorching
