Given the apparent codependent nature of her situation….I do feel that supporting Ally by helping her know there’s help out there is the way to go! In fact Al-Anon saved my life. That group supports the codependent in their choice and their own personal journey. I’m forever grateful for that 12 step group. I’m positive she is becoming aware of the different support systems out there. And, the stronger she becomes the better.🌹🙏🏼

Yeah I’m with you. I also find it hard to believe everything the press says about Brad Pitt. He’s always seemed like a down to earth guy. Grew up middle class with good parents. I’m sure he’s not perfect and may have had a drinking problem in the past but I refuse to believe he’s a bad person. 😊

I agree... if I say something about how someone should read the signs, and if they can't and I can, and I tell them... I am NOT "victim shaming"... I am trying to EMPOWER a person to make the healthy and safe choice for THEM... When there are so many signs, and the person in it, can't see them, it is up to those of us, who can read a room, to give them a heads up... its not victim shaming, its victim empowering.... supporting them in a choice that is so red flag wrong, is called enabling victimhood.

Ally looked like she was putting up with James bad behavior the entire time she was on the show. She knew he was trouble at times and it clearly showed the way she was trying to teach him lessons in controlling his behavior.... I do find it interesting they broke up so quickly after the cast was fired from the show. I have a feeling she would have never stuck around this long had the show ended earlier.. That being said- glad she isn't tolerating the abuse anymore to be on the show, get out before it gets worse and it's too late.

Ally was aware of James history with alcohol and abuse towards his previous girlfriends. She chose to be in a relationship with James despite his past history maybe thinking his past girlfriends shouldn’t be believed or maybe blamed. I don’t think she was blind sided. This isn’t a situation where she is blaming herself. I wouldn’t be surprised that they had a lot of arguments and slowly was ramping up to more physical abuse. Ally did say on vanderpump rules that James had never abused her and she certainly wouldn’t put up with it. The co stars even said that she is strong so it’s not like ally wasn’t aware of peoples concern. I think it is much easier to leave when you know your partner is the problem. She may feel sorry for him and hope he will change to the person he could be. But everyone has a limit.

I feel bad for James- BUT his behavior over the years has been covered up and protected! This has not done James any good- it’s about time he is held accountable and gets the REAL help he needs. Sad actually! Maybe unpopular opinion, but I’m over Garcelle and Sutton! For the past 2-3 seasons they were really hyped up because they became fan favorites- but their time is up- I’m annoyed now😂
