Great video! Thanks for sharing. One question: how do you get the exterior landing shot? Is that something that SFO provides? Is it plane spotters outside the fence?? Really interested.

6:52 - Is it just me or is United 194 Heavy sitting at the wrong Hold Short bars? He’s hanging out into 28L runway! Look closely: he’s on the wrong side of the bars that he’s holding at. Should have pulled up between them and held at the 28R bars.

There’s two sets of hold short lines for 28L. One is the actual runway hold short lines. The other is the ILS critical area hold short. Since the weather is VFR there’s no need to hold short of the ILS critical area. The 777 is past the ILS critical area lines but well short of 28R.

FYI: The West Indian company specializing in the Caribbean announced on April 17, 2018 the establishment of a codeshare agreement with its sister company, French bee, to offer transatlantic connections to San Francisco airport in the United States.

Theyre both sister companies owned by the same group And they have an Asset sharing agreement between them, so a lot of time you’ll see Aircaraibes aircraft operating French Bee flights or vice versa ..

Indeed, they work together. The route is French Bee, the pilots are French Bee so is the call sign but occasionally they will use an Air Caraibes aircraft, in this case 1 of the 4 flights we filmed was Air Caraibes.
