please take this recommendation !! when i get tummy troubles i take a capsule of oregano oil, it will kill bad bacteria in your gut and helps me soooo much. make sure you do plenty of probiotics and water with lemon & chia seeds to rebalance after...i was eating kimchi with NY steak after holiday to help reset ... the kimchi and sauerkraut are a MUST on my post holiday cleanse diet!!! love you all!!!!!!!!
