She's the biggest star on the planet. Beyonce doesn't need even a drop more recognition lol

When I’m sick I call out from work When Beyoncé is sick she puts on a show and delivers a perfect performance

She is THE master of her craft. She did all those runs with the mark of excellence that she knows only her can execute completely. She's the MASTER of volume control. Notice how she EFFORTLESSLY 'died away' (mancando) the volume after Sweet Love from belting before going to the last part of Sweet dreams. Little details like that people don't pay attention to but are very intricate and difficult to do. Beyonce is just BEYOND SAY! 👑😍👑

i love her hoarseness here. it added a kind of airy and husky texture to her voice but didnt effect the power, resonance or any technical factors greatly. and the dynamic control and phrasing in this performance is otherwordly, how she plays with volume, texture, melisma and other embellishments and how they PERFECTLY compliment the musical arrangement. her improvisations when playing with that sax, her defined operatic trills, transitions. and that glissando to the F5, ugh she is definitely one of the greatest vocalists of all time, even next to whitney and mariah

i appreciate your knowledge about vocals because people always try to say that Beyonce is not all that of a good vocalist like if they know so much about vocals well i don't know why people always try to deny how an incredible vocalist she is i mean i don't know anything about vocals but i know that Beyonce can impress people with just her runs and riffs,range,control etc she doesn't need to do whistle notes or whatever to impress people for some reason i feel as tho a lot people think if you can do a whistle note that makes you a complete vocalist or an amazing one or your better than any other vocalist but anyways i love your reactions and every time i watched your videos you always sing a little you have a very good voice have you ever thought of just singing on your channel

I know I'm late but the way she mixed her vocals that night to accommodate her hoarseness proves that she's a true vocalist. To do that impromptu like that so effortlessly shows that she doesn't need to be so rehearsed like people think. By the 2nd half of the show her voice was really giving out but she still gave stellar vocals

Don’t get me wrong. I love Beyoncé but if she was sick it’s not humanly possible for her to sing this song or the other 15 songs she sang during this concert. The best we can praise her for (in this performance) is that she lip-synced and gave high level dancing to create a full and visually beautiful experience. You can tell there were times she flicks her hair back and there’s no way there wouldn’t be a break in her singing. Again, she sang it beautifully, just not when she performed it onstage. I’m surprised of how many people who don’t realize that concerts and other forms of entertainment are filled with smoke and mirrors.

D D oh honey you don’t know beyonce at all then, she has sang many times sick and always sings amazing, that’s what perfect technique does....
@jrdan63014 жыл бұрын
@@DD-ol1pq there is a mic feed and if you watch live performances that people recorded from their phones, you can hear her voice in a slight delay from the sound of the mic. You can always tell when she lip-syncs; this was not the time. Being sick honestly most of the time makes your melisma a little tighter so the runs will be forced out, which is what is happening here
@jrdan63014 жыл бұрын
@@DD-ol1pq it would be hard to lip-sync all of the unexpected runs and melisma that she does here anyway

erick mauricio velez ramirez Some performers/ entertainers like to put on a show. Beyonce likes to perform when she is on the stage. Also, this is in Vegas and most shows there are over the top. It's the theme there. She had a cold during this show and still showed great skill. That is impressive!!

Just close ur eyes and listen to the vocals... her control, precision and range is unmatched tbh. Just because something is flawless doesn't make it unnatural. She has a true natural gift and has practiced damn hard to make it even more amazing. You cant take that way by calling her a show girl.
