Creo que ya se dijo todo lo que se tenía que decir de Dubai: a algunos les puede gustar por lo mastodontico de sus edificios, que recuerdan a esas peliculas futuristas de la década de 1950 y a otros simplemente no, por su apiñamiento abigarrado de rascacielos, dejando poco espacio para la arquitectura historicista y clásica que acostumbramos ver en Europa y Estados Unidos. Dubai te impresiona, no cabe duda de ello, pero a veces lo imponente no siempre es sinónimo de elegancia y clase!

Best city in the world. Dubai is my favourite city. It so beautiful. Not a single city on this planet will ever be as good as dubai, not even close. Dubai is clean, has good hot weather, the people are nice and it's rich and good for shopping and beaches.

Duburbanization should be criticized with the same zeal Brusselization was subjected to. very ugly urban set up. Put Dubai side to side with let's say Istanbul or Singapore and you'll all see the importance of balance between natural and built environment.
