Great ride, pleasant and soothing, wonderful scenery in the winter conditions of Wyoming. Thank you for the outstanding experience. Warm regards from Žika in Belgrade, Serbia.

I remember my stays at the Elk Refuge In. I found a cat who was hanging around. The hotel said it had no owner. It was so sweet. We took it home on the drive back to Berkeley CA where it lived a long and happy life. My friend did well in his career and bought a beautiful home in Victor ID a few years back. I’m still waiting for my invite. I love Cowboy coffee.

Fun to see the route we drove back in September as it looks in the winter. I am amazed at how much of the route I can remember and recognize. The skies were full of smoke from the fires out west and we didn't stay long. Some may remember that a freak blizzard hit Yellowstone in September and that was the day we drove from Jackson Hole to Yellowstone and the temps went from upper 60's to 29 degrees in Yellowstone. We will visit the area again maybe in the spring.

The route is amazing starting around the second week of September roughly all the way til mid October, the stretch from Moran Junction along Oxbow bend is amazing. The stretch from Colter bay north along Jackson lake can be breathtaking also, and from the north entrance sign of Teton heading north towards Flagg Ranch is amazing looking down into the Snake river flood plain. There is also a ton of fire damage and regrowth here due to the 2016 Berry fire.

Love this Video. I went to school at USU in Logan, and spent Winter & Spring Quarter 1980, at the University of Utah in SLC. I also worked at Alta Ski Lifts during the 1982-1983 Ski Season (more snow that season that I have seen in since skiing in Utah starting in 1976). I have also been to the Grand Tetons in both the Summer and Early Spring, like March, and it is beautiful. Love the town of Jackson and the Square. Also, went on a rubber raft ride on the Snake River while as a student at USU. This video brings back good memories of those times. I feel like snuggling in with some Hot Chocolate, and watching it snow.
