I can't imagine working in a factory in bare feet. I can't imagine any employer that would allow it. There are usually big signs on doors leading to production areas stating closed toe shoes are required along with safety glasses.

I have one suggestion, Inform them to use sugar cane juice machine manual or electrical the skin will separate from jute. Sugar cane machine is available every where. After that just keep over night or wash it quickly. Jay bharat.
