Not only Judo, the movement could be applicable to BJJ, wrestling, I am thinking... The motivation/description of this vid in Japanese is fantastic as well, basically, Sensei Komuro is mentioning the "turtle" position is futile and it induces the chance of losing the battle; therefore, this drill. It is a simple fact but a few follow the concept. It is not just a fitness drill, it has a meaning, that's what I like about sensei Komuro's instructions. And, needless to say, his movements have no redundancy, every little move is the top-level quality. More vids are coming, I am excited! Thank you, sensei!!!
