(It's late, but) basically it's about a person (let's say a girl) who has to part with her love on the night of the 14th moon (one day before full moon) and she wishes that if one day they meet again then their love would stay the same as before. But it wouldn't be possible, so she wishes that no matter how, whenever he sees the 14th moon, with whomever he loves, he'll find happiness.

and tbh, I think the story is between two guys, like how the first person is 'boku' (I know some girls use 'boku' too) and how they love each other so much yet cannot be together. or maybe I'm just thinking too much into it.
