City has their whole defense out except for Diaz. Rodri, Kovacic, Stones, Ake, Akanji. No manager can handle such losses They're literally playing with 1 CB and 9 attacking players

@@mmamultiverse75 Walker isn't a defender? Lewis isnt a defender? Gvardiol isnt a defender? I could've sworn they were all defenders, even Lewis who with few exceptions has been RB even in a lot of the academy. Seems like you're coming up with excuses. I don't deny the issues you've highlighted and agree they are all hurting the team. So since we have all those injuries, as you point out, does it make sense to play a defensive shape that the players you have simply cannot execute? Would it not make sense to use a more conservative defensive shape given all the injuries and how poorly the team is playing? Logic would dictate that if you don't have the players to carry out the tactics the manager wants to play, then the manager has 1 of 2 choices: continue to play the system his available cannot do and lose game OR adapt the system to the players he has Apparently Pep is still of the former which is the main issue and why we keep losing.

@MCFCTheMadHatter you're a newb if you think full backs are defenders. Modern day full backs are 70% offense. And Pep is still experimenting with Ricos' position he definitely doesnt have any defensice quality.

Have you seen a Madrid buddy ?? They had there whole defense wiped out also except of rudiger. Atleast city defense is gonna come back with Madrid it’s not cuz they got 2 YES 2 ACL injuries in the back this season and still Carlo is doing his best for the team and oh don’t forget every game someone gets injured in Madrid also so stop with the excuses

Lol Juve have a young team, injury hit with 6-7 players out and Only one real number 9. But for real no excuses for city. The quality in the line up is day and night over Juve.
