Whitney I jumped on this episode so fast sis. I’m so excited to see what look you come up with ma. Whitney the same thing happened to me as well I ordered the III and the I came and I already received the I as well. That was the easiest customer service I ever had with Juvia’s Place boy they have come a long way lol.

I had the same issue! I ordered the Olori 3 and was sent the Olori 1. They haven’t responded to my email. I saw a few other comments on their IG with people stating they received the wrong palette also. It looks like they were sold out and just sent customers random palettes in place of the Olori 3. ***Update: JP have since responded to my DM and issued a replacement order.***

Yeah from the comment section it seems like a lot of people got the wrong palette. Which is strange because all the orders I’ve ever placed on Juvies places website I have never received an incorrect order but thankfully the customer service process was pretty smooth!

The look came out BEAUTIFUL!! 💙 I'm surprised as much as you support Juvia's that you don't have a discount code with them. I do agree with what you said how the colors are starting to look like previous palettes because this one is giving the vibes of the blue Fumi Disco palette from last year. And Ive had issues with palettes in the past and they have never asked me to return them. I will definitely be tuning in for the next one. xoxo

That happened to me. I ended up with a another olori 1. I didn't even email them I just gave it to my mom and ordered the olori 2 separate. I wanted to post swatches but I guess I will next week. Smh

I love this palette but since I already have the Juvia's Place X Fumi Disco palette I just feel I won't need this. I'm trying to stay away from similar palettes.

I feel the same way - in all these three Olori palettes, I see so many repeated shades from their previous palettes. Like the Olori 1 has that matte teal & duachrome green-purple, both are in the Wahala 2. I also have Fumi' s Disco palette, and as I mentioned, the Wahala 2, I don't need another matte or shimmer/metallic blue. That leaves me the Olori 3 which I'm the least interested in, I have the Blushed Rose and the deepest matte shade in it looks so similar to the one in the Olori 3. All other shades exist in other palettes. I'm sad to see them to repeat shades like this, but I'm still a sucker for teal and blue, so we'll see.

@@misersmakeup-nguoihatien2316 unfortunately alot of other brands are doing the same thing. Colourpop for example comes out with "new" palettes so often and if you pay attention you'll see they're mostly repeat shades. Unless I really like the color scheme for whatever reason I just pass on buying them but I come to KZbin to see looks created and how they perform.

Dang they messing up on everyone’s order who was in the warehouse that day that they were not paying attention lol 😂 they just lost out on so much inventory sending out the wrong product and now having to resend out the correct item!

Mine is coming in the mail but i'm pretty sure the blues in the wahala 2 are a lot different. All the blue shimmers are very shifty in that palette - they all look blue but shift purple, teal etc. I hope the Olori 2 shimmers aren't like that cus i just want straight BLUE 😭. Also this look is gorgeous
