This is great! Thanks for pulling out all your other JP palettes to compare. In my mind, the Zulu palette was nothing like this one but, in reality, they are surprisingly similar. I always think of Zulu of being so bright & not very rainbow-y. Strange. (I love the Zulu palette & really want this one.)

Beautiful colors! Love the look you created. Don’t own any Juvia’s Place palettes so this will be my first. Love cool colors along with red and yellow so looks like the best fit. I love that green macaw look you did with this palette! And the comparisons were super helpful! (You partway answered your own question at the beginning of the vid and you were mostly right. Red, yellow, and blue are primary colors. Green, purple, and orange are secondary colors. ❤💛💚💙💜)

I can't wait for the Nomad review, it is not normally a colour scheme I would go for but it really intrigues me. I have collected Juvia's Place since day one and have everything they have released with the exception of Fumi and Warrior 3, I will be rectifying that immediately though lol. Especially as I have decided to further separate myself from Colourpop, they have just disappointed me so much these past 5 months I am taking a break from them until they release something that I really want. Thanks for this review Amy and congratulations on becoming a full JP affiliate. If I ever pull my finger out and decide to start my own channel for disabled people, that is one company I would be over the moon to be associated with. I’m so happy for you that you get PR from JP. I feel the need to have all the palette too but I enjoy the formula of the shadow. I also like the foundation mixed with the ulta foundation serum.

I'm really liking the pigment from the warrior more than the zulu. I've always struggled with pigment when it comes with the zulu. That's the only Juvias place palette that I have those issues with

Hi Amy ,Suggestion maybe for a second and third look u could to the same green and blue w / a cut crease with the yellow on the lid. Third look purple and pink.cut crease w/ that shimmer blue. Great review When u receive the second new palette and if possible can u compare it's color theme to a view of your palettes that may carry the same colors. I have a feeling that the second release is somehow the same as wet & wild and ABH palettes.

Now that you swatched Zulu and Warrior I want Zulu shades in Warrior packaging (cause it`s prettier to me) with that shimmery blue from Warrior, lol. 😂😂😂 Also I freaking love this look. I do a lot of colorful looks but I wouldn`t think to have a green outer corner with blue shimmer on the lid. Now that I think about it more, I never do cool toned green and blue combos. Blue with the lime green or olive yes, but never this, so I`m kinda keen on trying this combo now. Thanks for the inspo.

Zulu and Douce have the glossy finish cover. I thought Zulu was a generic rainbow palette until I started using it ... it's actually a very well curated colour story. As in the colours are all carefully selected to work together to create unique looks. All of my Juvias palettes except Masquerade are really well curated (fabulous for dummies like me with no colour co-ordination). Colours are way out on my phone - the blue in Masquerade and in Saharan 2 are vastly different shades but both looked the same in your swatches.

The shades of this palette are beautiful (I love the look you created with these colors), but after seeing the comparative swatches, I do think some of the matte shades in particular (green, yellow, red) are not different enough from those in other JP palettes for me to personally justify a need for buying this one. I have enough eyeshadow to play with at the moment, so will contently do so. 😊💚💛❤️🧡💜💙💖

Up until today I've had JP on my mind but never made the plunge. I signed up w/them a month ago &got the 20% off code but just couldn't make up my mind! Great tutorial! I think that JP should have called this palette should have been Nubian 3 or Saharan 3. This palette has nothing in common with the color story from Warrior 1 or Warrior 2--I think Warrior 1 and 3 complement each other very well but Warrior 3 just really make any sense with the previous stories...I think the Nomad palette should have been called Warrior 3

The Warrior III palette is more of a complimentary palette, a palette you would use with other palettes. Although it would be nice to have one palette that you can create all looks with this isn't the one to do that, however Its beautiful nonetheless

I love Juvia's Place eyeshadows. How many times did you swirl your finger through the shadows to get those swatches? I noticed a few times you went round & round a couple times.

I would say I normally do two swirls and if it’s sheer maybe a third just because for me the point of swatches is to show the color but I always try to point out how it feels and the formula.
