Juzear is killing it. They took the idea of the 7 Hz legato and found a better way to do it with a higher quality single DD. Thank you, TonyTex for the detailed comparisons and review of this to IEM set. This looks like a fun set that I’m going to get my hands on just as soon as possible. My wallet shrinks but the smile on my face gets bigger. I’ll take the smile over money any day. Have a good one, my friend.

Do you have the Legato? I've been having a hard time wrapping my head around how a 1DD could beat a 2DD overall. Especially with the Legato's 8-way cross over.

@@HumanSynthetic they are in lies the problem, the way the dynamic drivers are crossed over it’s not very cohesive, especially in the ear gain region. Put it in simple terms. It sounds very rough and rugged in the upper mids and lower treble area.

More drivers doesn't mean better. Plenty of single DD IEMS that outperform multi-driver. I have a 2dd, 2ba V80 which I had to mod and cable/tip roll for weeks until I got it up to par with my single DDs.

Clear just arrived... WOW🎉! No lies were told, because this little unknown iem has some stunning bass with excellent mids and treble. I've heard sets 3-4 times the price that (sadly 😥) don't perform like this. Juzear made a really impressive iem 👏... as usual, muchos gracias😊, TonyT!!

I'd like to see your take on Castor. It's surprisingly good, tons of fun! I'm thinking about the Clear for Christmas if something better doesn't come along. I bought a pure silver NiceHCK cable for my modded RF for $10 on sale. It sounds amazing. Throw in another $2-5 and you can pick up a very nice case. Under $30 and you have a very fun, good looking set. The red cable looks gorgeous on the RF. Keep up the good work :)

EW200.......8.2/10 Q5..............8/10 Clear .........7.5/10 Castor Bass..6.8/10 Hbb KHAN ....4/10 The difference between SiMGOT and EPZ is minimal. Juzear is up that high because the bass is very very nice. Cantor Bass is good but the treble can be unpolished at times. Khan is the darkest sounding of all.

i got the Rosefinch based on your rec. Now, i've decided to begin saving up for the Clear, as well; hehehe... By the way, Akros, about the Rosefinch mod you mentioned; this will be first time to do this, so please bear with me,. How is the mod done? What i meant was, do i just put it on top of the existing screen or do i replace the stock screen with the tuning filter? I was able to find one seller(the only one) on Shopee that sells 450-grade tuning filters and for only $1.96($ equivalent to our local currency- Php), so I figured i'm gonna give the mod you recommended a go. The paper filter with grade is a must. But I still prefer the sponge filters . They change the tonalidades of the drivers. The fh15 by fiio sounded so bad. Once I remove their paper y filter in the nozzle and changed to sponge filter.everythjng changed for better. I wish they did the grades in the sponge filter instead of low.medium and high density filters. I use the papers ones if there is ba on nozzle. Because nothing I can do. Lol

If price is a limiting factor then definitely the Clear Sound wise I have a soft spot for the SIE, although truth be told there isn't much difference!

I would say Clear because it's more balanced.....bass head means it must have decent mids to make the bass even more insisive..more impactful
