I love almost everything about this. The chords are well placed, the vocals aren't the protagonists and serve as an addition to the electronic sounds, every sound is clean and goes easy on the ears (Specially the snares)... I also appreciate the fact that you're trying your best to build your own aesthetics, using neon lights. I like that, because those are bright colors, but with soft brightness (If that makes sense), and that gives me a sense of tranquility, like I'm exploring an empty place at night or something. So great job, 10/10

Mv theory: Her father was passed away so she is holding the balloons (I assume that her father gave her the balloons) everyday because she missed her father so much .One day, she saw the red balloons, so she keeps moving to the balloons and pull it, because she thought that her father is there. After she pulls the balloon, she went to another scene. She keeps moving to find her father but she can't find him. At the ending, she knew that keep finding him is not the correct way(means that keep the hurt inside) , the correct way is let him go (thats why she let the balloons go) . We need to let our parents go when they passed away, don't let them affect your life, we must keep smiling and keep moving in our life, I know that is hard but believe yourself you can do it.
