JW Marriott South Beach Singapore

Before I visited the JW Marriott, I explained that I am 99% blind and will require some assistance at breakfast and whilst in the executive lounge. I also like quite a specific breakfast and asked if they can arrange this for me with this advance notice.
The hotel has 2 towers. Tain tower and East Tower. The East Tower mainly has studio rooms and the remaining room categories including suites are in the Main Tower. There are a total of 634 rooms with about 47 suites. Marriott Bonvoy Elite members (Platinum, Titanium and Ambassadors) can access the club lounge. Elite members will need to have their breakfast in the lounge otherwise they will need to pay a surcharge if they want to eat at the main restaurant. Normally the cost is $45++ for adults, children aged 6-12 pay half price and elite members get a small discount and pay $35++ (this may vary as it is a promotion).
On arrival, I was checked in by Sabrina Lau who was thorough and very accommodating to my needs (being registered blind). I should mention that I am an Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador Elite member and received a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful corner Suite! Take a look on KZbin at love flying and hotels. I was also offered a late check out but declined as I had a special flight booked from Singapore to London in Singapore Airlines First Class Suites at 09:00am and you can also check this out on KZbin soon. I was also offered a welcome gift, local snacks or 1,000 bonus points. I chose points.
My room was 796 square feet or 74 square metres. It really was stunning. I then explored the hotel starting off with the executive lounge. This lounge is probably the best lounge in the world in terms of value for money and also had excellent service! The reason why I say it is the best lounge is because they serve breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails and light bites. This may seem familiar with other lounges BUT, there is far more variety and the premium items. For example, at breakfast they had blueberries and at evening cocktails they had Maker’s Mark (bourbon), Chivas Regal and normally they serve Tiger beer but despite running out of this, they served Peroni! They could have just said they are out of beer - although this wouldn’t go down very well!
There are 2 towers and 2 pools! This is nice in case one pool was too busy! They were also games like ping pong, pool and table football. There are a number of upscale restaurants and bars, live music, mermaid show and more, so you will have plenty to do for a good few days! I would definitely revisit and I recommend a try!

Hey! Thank you! I just got off the Wi-Fi on. Raffles is a stones throw away! well, when I flew for 14 1/2 hours and another 14 1/2 hours 😂. It was amazing and I always like to include interaction.… well I hope not 😂

Ok what I meant to say is I just got off the plane, reached my hotel, put the Wi-Fi on and saw your lovely comment which made me so happy! Thank you. So I really enjoyed my SA flight so much that I could have spent another 14.5 hrs! The crew were happy for me to film and they were so so so nice! Linda was so cute and sweet and I couldn’t help telling her how sweet and amazing she was. Unfortunately I had to edit it out as it would have come across as creepy 😂. But hopefully it still shows, this SA video is taking me longer as I am putting a lot more effort in so hopefully it does well 😀. Have a lovely week and will try and put it up as soon as I can 😀

@@mintico do you have very good attention to detail! I took the footage just before the evening cocktails started, so I only showed the tag/label for the soup and the ratatouille. Sorry 😊
