When he gets the double headshot on the genji, it looks like its micro changes to his aim, he goes from the right to the left to hit the genji, and then has a micro change to his aim and goes back to the right a little and then shoots…no one shoots like that 😂

it's the same flash as ow1, it hinders for 0.9 seconds (stops movement abilities like blink and fade), slows by 30 or 50%, not sure which, and does 75 damage (no stun obv)
