You need to be using StarSan instead of alcohol. I keep an industrial spray bottle filled. It doesn't have to be rinsed off.

seriously? you go on and on about how amazing it smells, and then you add industrial mustard powder? then what was the point of home making it?

I totally live vicariously through you because I don't have the kitchen space nor do I have the time or money to do what you do but I love watching all of your videos. I do love cooking Korean food so far ive made japchae, kimchi, tteokboki, bulgogi, Jeon hotteok, rice caje soup & many side disges. But I would love to see from you is some of the stews. I'm sure they're very time-consuming but I still would love to see them. Or the best meat marinades like for galbi or chicken, pigs feet or pork belly. Is there such a thing as crispy chicken feet? Every time I see them they're always somewhat soggy and in a lot of sauce

Just started watching your content a few days ago and I've fallen down the rabbit hole! I find the cheong videos the most fascinating. I have so many cheong suggestions: Banana since they don't seem to have much liquid inside and it'd be interesting to see; Watermelon since it has a lot of water inside; Lemon since I wonder if it tastes like lemonade; Coconut since is has coconut water inside; Vanilla Beans since who knows what might come out; Grape; Cherry; Ginger (if you haven't made it already. I know that you made ginger beer); Grapefruit; Strawberry; and combos like lemon-lime (you could make a homemade Sprite) and/or whatever fruit is in Fruit Punch!

Love all of this, can't wait to try out some of this myself! One question though, how possible/easy is it to get smooth mustard? Is it just a matter of blending it more?
