Lower rating than Jalen , by 13 points , lower completion percentage , 28 tds12 turnovers to hurts 33/11 , Mahomes had a 115 rating the year they won , Jalen had a 93 rating . Mahomes scored almost 50 Touchdowns .thid is absolutely nowhere near as good of a team as they had last year or the year before !! @@Brandon_Benjidon’t sleep on the fact that Mahomes has been bad and turned the ball over a lot in every Super Bowl first half he’s played but one, where he barely was on the field and had halftime to make adjustments. If he reverts to his usual (his career Super Bowl rating is 85.7 with 5 INTs to 7 TD passes and the record of 5 fumbles) they’re going to have a big problem. Jalen Hurts is risk averse to the point of a fault and less likely to commit multiple turnovers like Garropolo and their offense will make you pay for those mistakes unlike Purdy’s. I haven’t heard anyone mention it besides Nick Wright in passing, and he glossed over it because it hasn’t cost the Chiefs. Yet. But Mahomes hasn’t exactly been Steve Young in the big game and he had his worst season passing the ball since he became a starter. It could be a factor to watch.
