I used vehicles Banks did in the military and they were absolute beasts. We beat the crap out of those engines as we were told to due to testing and it took everything and still operated for years with normal maintenance

I have this on my 2019. Extreme tune is hella fast. It’s a nice kit and super easy to do. Only thing I’m not liking is that these tunes do not like the cold and it’s probably clogging the f out of the dpf.

It may not be the cold as much as it's making you generate more soot build up by adding more fuel in their tunes. I'm having the same issue now that it's getting cold and noticed my levels change pretty significantly.

For clarification, you no longer need to swap your GM factory ECM before utilizing EVOTCM tuning. Although for SOTF custom tuning, you’ll have to do it the previous way with an unlocked flashed ECM and wait for that technology to hit the market? Thanks, great video and keep it up 👊

EVOHT2 unlocks the ECM and TCM for Edge Tunes to be loaded. It is unfortunately not SOTF. If you want SOTF custom tuning, then yes you still need to unlock the ECM and buy credits with MPVI3 then buy custom tunes.

I’m really not sure. I’d have to find out, but 17-19 you can get the TCM tuned by PPEI. I know people who aren’t even tuned using trans tunes

If you want the sound are you okay with lag...you can leave emissions on but change the turbo to a none vgt turbo but bigger the turbo bigger the lag

@@JWMontoya I have had my truck for two weeks and already want to more power. stock the truck is great. I honestly want the noise but I know that would only come with DPF delete but OMG is that expensive. I have the AT4 and to add 9-11K on top of that right now isn't in the budget. If edge markets it at the 17-19 price that is a lot of bang for the buck. I tune my harleys and I am not a fan of piggyback systems like the pulsar. I had the pulsar for my 2017 Ram 2500 6.4 Hemi and it turned out to be a turd. started throwing codes and I removed it. I like actually reprogramming the ECM.

Warranty is subjective. ECM unlock can be undetected by the dealer and they can still flash the ECM with updates

So no one wants to accept the fact that edge canned tuning is absolute trash? Edge juice was a complete failure and engine burn down mod. The pulsar is trash and there are tons of videos with people having more issues with dpf in tact because all edge does it throw tons of fuel and timing. Edge does the same with their canned tunes for gasoline vehicles.

Oh wow you knew so much...well you can unlock the ecm with lock Smith and upload custom tunes with mpvi3 so this is still a better option than removing the ecm and sending it off or replacing it completely. Edge essentially just made things easier for gm guys.
