A man who is well aware of his domain and dealing things... otherwise, lots of immature CSPs are there who are considering themselves above atmosphere. Pakistan need officers who are ready 24/7. Not sleeping slumbers... Feeling proud your passion, dedication and ambitious personality. Murtaza is more or less an example.

The same is with MBBS. People say that JUST pass MCAT. They dont tell that one has to spend 10 years of consistent hard work. Consistent studies. Consistent duties. Consistent exams for 10 years.

A much needed and awaited perspective. Keep up the balanced work World Times. The over-glamorisation of CSS-PMS can be a source of depression for the unsuccessful and disappointment for the successful ones. Balanced approach is the only way. Kudos.

1: There are limits- because government services are regulated by rules and regulations .None is king.Still an assistant commissioner is no less than a king in the stream of poverty stricken masses. 2: As being in close proximity of bureaucrates i can surely describe that they enjoy luxury residence, huge perks and privileges. 3:They can appoint a number of people with decent perks for which thousands condidates are nocking doors of PPSC etc. 4: Question of being in field for days and nights is not burden but a privilege to lead.Ot just depends upon your motivation and reason behind persuing this field. so whatever, he is describing as a pathetic or side effects are basically pro inspirational lines. Stay motivated..... Bureaucracy is for leaders who has courage, pain of people and potential to lead . Keep on grinding.

Civil servants are miserably locked by the system in which only Mafia's can survive and ran. These people can't even decide a small move against those mafia's - either drug peddlers, sugar mafia, narcotic mafia etc. I've seen their helplessness in my district Malakand in the case of Muhammad Zada Agrawal Shaheed who was killed by drug mafia in which the DC was also suspended due to his luke-worm service which gave excuse to the killing of that inspirational social worker and humble human being who spent his life fighting against the drug mafia in mini Mixico of Pakistan that is district Malakand. The system is rotten and only save the mighty. We have been experienced it in malakand.

Mr. Murtaza, agar apke ekhtiar m jitna hai wohi ap pure dil se aur saaf niyat se karo na to b bara farq aur tabdeeli asakti hai. You don't need to work 18 hours a day. Just work for the given time you are obliged to work. You don't need to give your extra time. If you do your work with a positive intention for the given time in your office, that is enough from your side. That will make a huge difference.
