This is beyond understanding. The same is the case in ISSB. I presented myself naturally there with full confidence but was rejected. Psychology tests should be modified. These old versions are leaving candidates at the mercy of psychologists who are human too.

psychologists are not biased and can't take decisions with their own wish. It is a scientific measurement of your mind ( thinking) and your behaviour whether it is overt or covert.

Being 'too natural' is not the ideal they are looking for. If your normal state is reaction not response, you don't know that, but psychologists grasp that. That was the point of the interview, that your natural raw state is not welcomed in ISSB or Css Psychological Assessments, rather the one you've worked on. Acceptance of personal shortcomings also show lackings in personality

Ms komal faisal as you said if a student writes a sentence ' i enjoy company of my friends' and then writes 'i like being alone' its a contradiction in his personality. then will i be easily rejected? because as some people are introverts but function as extrovert when necessary, or ambivert. i suggest you to please consider MBTI personality types otherwise will be greatly mistaken as i being an infj is easily mistaken. like as i socialize but to a limit and need time alone to recharge. will you regard it as a contradiction 😑....

I would like to ask a question that sometimes a person enjoys the company of friends and this is the situation which is not happening 24/7. You have to be alone as we know that when a person is preparing for CSS or any other competitive exams they remain alone and this is the phase which later on becomes a memory of any aspirant. So what should be the best possible way of expressing your dual extrovert and introvert nature?

Inki apni baat ka koi sir pair nahi. 1- Khud bhi English aur urdu mix kar rahi hai! 2- They Expect the candidates not be nervous rather psychology says otherwise. Its a inbuilt human response to new conditions. 3- I would call this test as apni pasand na passand.

I wont agree with you brother in a friendly way, nervous hona is absolutely normal but jis post k lya ya test lia jarha ha waha pa aisay log chaiya joki confident ho beshak jitna b naya experience ho. And with time you can work on your nervousness and you should work on your personality thats what was the theme and purpose of the video thats what i think.

First of all, look at your language. You are in no position to judge her. Rather than focusing on the fact that she’s mixing two languages (which she is doing for the sake of the informal conversational podcast, and your better understanding), focus on the actual tips she has presented. Secondly, she did not say anxiety is not inevitable, she said one must know how to curtail and channel it to take hold of the office. Learn the difference, and learn some manners so you may succeed in life.
