How did you get the starting gear on the motor shaft? It appears to be too small.

At 58 seconds in the video above you look something up to help with the gear install. Can you tell me how it is done please?

hi - i translated the chinese text with help from google - i didnt help much ;-) i put the pinion on a vice as a hard surface and i tap the motor on the axle gently with a hammer
