ملي لواحد يحس بانه غير مرغوب في الشغل، ما عليه غير يبدا يقلب في مكان اخر. و الا سوف يتم طرده بطريقة مهينة. المشغل يقدر يفصل اي موظف مهما كانت اهميته و تجربته و اقدميته. و في حالة الطرد، يحصل الموظف المفصول على اجرة اقصاها 8 اسابيع تقتطع من الشوماج. يعني يخرج بخفي حنين.

You can’t tell true, but as long as you can prove that you were discriminated against your race, gender, colour and so on.. you have the right to sue that employer. But it’s hard to prove that and u won’t know unless if someone’s going to tell you that who works for the same corporation/business.

Plus, you want to live in a society not just making money! in the long run, what do you want that money for? specially if a society itself has the problem of loneliness, what is the point if you live in it with some extra loneliness on you?! you will be like the ugly duck in every aspect of life and the sadness takes you over! leave alone with an Arab name and features it is most likely that your financial level will be below average as well!!

I was sending resume to their email address for almost two years! until one day I went to the employment agency on yonge and finch to ask them after all what does this mean?! they keep advertising and I keep applying and they advertise again!!! by chance I knew the girl from a party we had and she was a friend of a friend of mine! anyways, she told me she will talk to them and I call her the next week...when I called, she said I talked to the manager and he said that guy has no chance in here, tell him do not apply anymore!!!! When I was new, I was going to PEO meetings for called EIT..for licensing engineers, there was there a guy named Boghdan, Serbian guy.. I remember well, I go his card, 3-4 times I was sending him email, he was not answering at all, then I was seeing him and asking him I sent you email did you receive? He was just looking into my face with no words!!! then I was sending the email till the next meeting and same thing...now when I think about it , I believe it was because of the Muhammad in my name!!

الغريب في الأمر، ان المغربي كيخرج من البلاد على حساب الحكرة وطرد التعسفي.... ،كتجي لكنجا كتلقى بحال او اقبح ، الفرق هو انك كندا فيها العمل المغرب قليل ، مغربسة معايا فالعمل عند بالها راها فكندا بلاد الحقوق دير ما بغات ،طردوها مصورات والوا ،كنسولها دابا كتقول ليك ،هم هم.

أصعب حاجة هي ملي يوصل لواحد لمقر العمل فرحان و ناشط. يدخل للكافتاريا يشرب قهوة و يجي الباطرون و يقول اجي تبعني. يدخلو الباطرون للبيرو و يقول له انتهى الكلام، و يقرأ عليه la mise à pied. و من بعد يقول لو تبعني للباب و الجميع كيشوفو فيه. يوصل للباب يقول لو الباطرون ارا la carte d'employé. و يتحول الفرح إلى سوداوية. و يبقى لواحد يفكر باش غادي يخلص كارت كريدي و طريطة ديال الطوموبيل و ديال الدار.
