actually... HOT sued SME just like JYJ. 3 left; 2 stayed like homin given exclusive contracts, shinhwa also sued sme later on, ftts and ses now admit that they didn't like being sme (reason to why they never returned). SME sucks to work under. Otherwise all of the "older" artists would NOT have left but stayed. Also, it's a known fact that SME last year had to rewrite ALL contracts to replace all 8 to 13 year contracts. You obviously aren't highly educated... so why do I even bother..

I think all contracts should be voided when the companies are forcing people to do things they don.t want to and anyway they were all so young when they got talked into the contracts. Most of them does violate labor and human rights laws and the entertainment companies only worry about their dollars not the people who are making them the money. They have Shitty contracts

if that's the case, 3 of HOT members should be in jail, and Hangeng of suju (who lost the lawsuit) FYI. All contracts can be broken. JyJ did not have 9 million each to pay the fee of breaking the contract, so they took it to court. Lawyers in Korea have said that SME had shitty contracts. Judge forced SME to change all current contracts to 7 years or less. You're an idiot. Contracts are broken ALL the TIME.
