so many people don't know how amazing JYJ, it just bc SM blacklisted them and framing them w/ negative thing and media never showed JYJ achievements. the government indeed support them, but ent.industry didn't. that bc of SM. 동방신기로 데뷔부터 슈스길만 걸었었는데 소송하고 한국에서 앨범도 못내고 책에 부록으로 씨디 넣어주면서 월와앨범 내면서 미국 남미투어돌고 어떻게든 활동했던 그룹이었음.. 국가홍보대사도 많이했었는데 제주7대경관이나 인천아시안게임 홍보 열심히 하고 정작 무대에는 서지도못할뻔한적이 여러번이고 지금 생각해도 JYJ는 내 아픈손가락임.. 그런 JYJ 망쳐버린 박유천 너무 미워서 몇년을 욕하고 원망했는데 그래도 가슴깊이 미워하지는 못하겠더라. 15년동안 우여곡절 너무많이 겪어서 이제 그냥 일반인으로 더 사고안치고 평범한 일상 살면서 소소하게 행복했으면 좋겠음.. 그게 안되는것 같아서 더 안타깝다.

JYJ used to be members of TVXQ (a kpop boyband under SM entertainment) but due to unfair 10 years contract and the fact that the company took almost all of their money (so despite being the most popular group at that time and worked their ass off they didn't get much money ....i'm not sure but it was like the company got 95% of their income while their only got like 5%) the members decided to fill the lawsuit against the company. They won and got free from SM but since SM is one of the big 3 companies ... they blocked JYJ from all the activities in korea(i believe SM hate JYJ so much they tried their best to ruin the members and kill their career but my boys just didn't give up i'm proud ). During that time when everything was still fresh JYJ can't even release an album in korea so they had to fly to The US and produce an english album called 'the beginning' and that also the reason they were on billboard performing the album songs. Basicially, JYJ can't appear on variety shows , when they released new songs they couldn't even perform it on music shows, no one talk about them too. it's sad tho because their songs are so good and the other memeber Xia's solo songs are gold too they would have rocked the stage on music shows.....

I don't care what people say but to me, DBSK the old one - with 5 people still be the best boy band in the world. I have listen all Kpop like Beast, Bigbang, Super Junior, EXO, ShiNee, 2AM, 2PM, ... but none of them can compete to the old DBSK, I miss them so much :v I know about DBSK when they have disband, I know about them by the introduce of my friend, They are Cassiopia, and still now, they still is. Even now, they still do a amazing thing like, when come to the birthday of member of DBSK, my friends celebrate their own, they always wish that some day, 5 of them will come back together, no mater how times have pass, They still do, still hope, Still love, and for a year ago, they have pass the fire of love for DBSK to me, and so now, I'm a late fan of DBSK. JYJ is the first korean artist to perform on billboard studio, got articles.. first korean group hold concerts at north america. But BTS made it big for korean artists. I admit. But if u live during 10 years ago, racism against asian artists was worst. Even now. BTS have fans and social media platforms. Even 'racism' towards BTS on grammy was hurtful enough. Imagine these guys gone through that 10 years ago. Other asian artists as well. No social medias, only fans. If u talk about impact, its different for each era. Obviously. People praising MJ as a great artist, but for me who dont know him much, I dont care at all. But that doesnt make me underestimate his works. Maybe not now but some of people in their 30s now 10 years ago maybe a racist person. Time changed. For myself, I love BTS. Theyre like super talented people, humble, a bunch of happy viruses, their sense of musics are great. But in term of impact, nothing much on me. Bcause I have learn that from their seniors. Thats only my opinion. I dont underestimate bangtan's power, I knew what they have been through but i hate it when some of people underestimate old groups like this one, JYJ. The lawsuit was not the reason of the ban from the beginning , JS , JJ and now JYJ all made a comeback, and were unable to promote in TV even when the lawsuit ended since almost 2 years .Anyway the Album is amazing and did great in charts without any promotions (they are JYJ after all :D )

@@marlee7389 idk which of the korean artists were first but it's safe to say JYJ were one of the first to chart on Billboard (JYJ Jaejoong's solo mini album "I" charted at #2 on Billboard way back in 2011, while being blacklisted....). Given that, JYJ's first album may well have charted if the blacklist hadn't forced them to sell it as a book so none of the sales could count towards charts.
