It’s so good. Lee Greenwood wrote and sang this back in the 80’s. This was during Covid so they were all apart but they got together with Lee (who sounds great at 75!) and the US Air Force Singing Sergeants. Everyone sounded great along with Adam’s great beatboxing. He did a jet flyover at the end! Good reaction Jynx!🥰

Kathy here - just found your channel. So glad to see this one as the first one I have seen you react to. Lee Greenwood wrote this song and released it in the 80's. Then 9/11 happens. At the first baseball game scheduled for after 9/11, Lee Greenwood was asked to sing this before the game. The title saying Air Force Band, it is not a band, it is their choir singing with them. All Accapella. And Lee is 78 years old in this video! This was also filmed during the pandemic; therefore, they are not all together,

Everyone keeps putting this as a Home Free song. It isnt. It's a Lee Greenwood song. He released it in 1984. When he decided tp update it he asked both the The US Air Force Band and Home Free to join him.

Mr. Studdard beat Mr. Aiken at the end, ya know???......i was rooting for Clay, sorry, i just love his voice. IMHO, Clay is a much better singer than Ruben......just for his tone and range. The only reason he didn't win is because he's gay and that's also why Adam Lambert lost I was mad at both seasons. Stopped watching it entirely now.
