As another lowkey big person myself, pulling shirt can literally just be like a normal movement cus honestly he does it to the point that it just seems like some kind of little quirk/tic he does rather than something to hide his stomach. Besides he recently just said that he's fine and that he's appreciative of everyone actually concerned for his mental health but he's fine. I think he'd be a little more hesitant to eat or actually discuss his weight on camera. Besides its his first time doing a collab stream outside of his space not wearing a hoodie so he might just be nervous abt what he looks like but I don't think that means he's "not doing good mentally"
