JYP recorded Mina's line for the MV filming so that they could finish filming before Mina records her part. In fact, JYP did the same thing before in Signal MV as a demo version as well. Let's enjoy TWICE songs but in JYP version🤣🤣

@@VSASKPOP his version is the demo version. He does this all the time when he composes the song. He sings the whole song himself or gets a random female vocallist to do the whole song cos it sounds closer to how twice sounds. This is done to ensure twice are singing the song in the manner, style, pitch and flow that jyp wants. Then each member sings the whole song themselves, jyp listens to it and see which member fits which part better or which part suits a members voice better and decides on a set line distribution that isnt always equal but it the best suited for their voices.

Plus in signal you can hear his demo vocals and in feel special too, what is love was someone that sounded similar to twice but its not them. And twice members also talked about how jyp does things and what lines they used to have before. Sorry i cant find any link or official statement for you maybe you can google it, but its not very common to see people talk about this stuff so yeah. You can also check out twice tv or past jyo composed title tracks to see sneak peaks of demo versions and twice unedited take of the song.

Afaik i know recording comes first (alongside with bsides) to be familiarize with the song, then the week before the release of the music, they will shoot for the MV. Thats why you see when their haircolors change, thats when they do Mv then u notice the fade of color for weeks. They only use temp haircolor dye

Just to clarify, in the Signal shooting the camera was at a different speed so the background track was slowed down to match the camera timing, that makes the pitch of the voices change so they sound on a lower tone, what you hear in Signal is the actual Twice voices on a different pitch. Precious Love is not a Twice song, JYP wrote that song for Park Ji Yoon a female solo singer from the 90's-2000's that recorded the song in 1998 under JYPE, the Twice version is a cover that has added a rap part written by Chaeyoung
