this house is 20 yrs old minimum ,,,,all bathroom fixatures should be replaced for this price tag and u rsaying only outside painting needed !!!even for paintaining a normal house cost around 1-2lakhs and for this huge one no way will cost higher, replacement of bathroom fix at least cost 1 -2 laks and outside garden areas and interior needs more furniture and maintainance needed ,if for this price the owner should make the potantial buyer look attractive ,this one looks shady and gloomy
