Yes love, my boyfriend and his family are Eritrean (I’m white) and thankfully his mom give me whole jar of tesmi so I can cook some too, she knows I love to cook, I try to cook as much Eritrean food but it’s never the same as when she cooks. Momma always cooks best!!

Well done boo! Nice video I was doing it all wrong all this time - mixing it with a whisk - super thin batter and not spreading with hands. It was taking forever to cook. I like it crispy so will spread it thin! Thank you. I like with looooooots of yoghurt and spiced tea!! 😋 Yoghurt i is a MUST!!! Pro tip of its hot I use a tong and scissors to cut the kitchaa in even pieces. And good idea about making batches!!!!

I didn't have all the spices that make up berbere but the few things I did use has this tasting so bomb!! the yogurt is such a good touch.
