sterling effort Alan and a very nice bit of kit too. you gave it a very thorough examination / workout - something not many "reviewers" do. (I'm hopeless at it!!) been using K&F filters and lens adapters for a few years now and always find them well made. perhaps this tripod will inspire you to take up long exposure landscape / seascape photography?

Hello Nick my friend, that is one thing that I really need to make an effort in, seascapes. Whenever I have the motivation, the tides or weather or both seem to be against me. Maybe that is just me 'chickening out' though! Yes, I agree about their kit, it all looks good to me.

A fair and impartial review, Alan, I have purchased a couple of small K&F products previously and they seem to produce high-quality products. Interesting how your parks might be the oldest, although Derby claims the UK's oldest and Salfords Peel Park seems to be a contender against your Liverpool parks, my favourite Manchester Park is Heaton Park, not the oldest but said to be the largest city park in Europe, I spend many happy hours wandering around that park as part of a regular photo walk group. Keep up the good work Alan.

Yes Steve, I guess more accurately Birkenhead Park is the world's first PUBLICLY FUNDED park. I know Derby dates from 1840 but it was already in existence as a green space.

Great review Alan, not bad for a Wednesday🤣I bought a K&F tripod (aluminum) a couple of years ago and it still works and looks great, the main reason for buying it is that the center column tilts horizontally for taking overhead shots. Be well and stay safe.

I've used their filter set for over a year now Enrique and it certainly is a good bit of kit, so I am very happy with this tripod (even though it's not got the tilting column).
