A cpl is very different from ND , nd reduces the amount of light entering the sensor, cpl limits reflections in your scene ... An ND filter is a must, a cpl is optional

24 fps pe shoot kare to 1/50 shutter correct he 180° rule ke hisab se warna natural motion blur nahi ayega... Shutter badhane se kuch choppy choppy effects a jayega ko ki scene ko unnatural look de dega
