You have a sharp knife, but your hand isn't steady. Your mind and body must take orders from you. You must have a steady platform for them to function. It's yoga, unity of physiology and life. Start my working since 6 in the morning from Yoga , and do not absorb negative energies from coffees
The only problem: you are not be able to handle the mind the way you wanted. Everyday a new body is being manufactured. If you take a little charge of that, you can create entire new physical and psychological process. Blunting the knife is not the answer. The answer is to create a steady platform (body), cause u want a unlimited possibility.
