Good job building it but this machine is not solid. Especially made by aluminum. The screw and nut will be lose after several month of shaking. It should use steel better, the density of steel is 8050kg/m3 but aluminum is only 2700kg/m3. Steel has density more than 3 times of aluminum, which make the machine is much stronger 3 times.

Thanks for your comment! ^_^ We have visited your channel and found your good production. For losing of nuts and screws, we have all bolts thread locked, so we have not ever encountered this problem. Aluminium structure is also good when the manufacturer don't have huge steel CNC for structure building. Because ordinary steel welding and building affects on overall machine precision. We do take good care on every step of production and never stop developing our production standard. Thank you.
