@@myleong1636Hi, My Leong! Making bread is needed high gluten wheat flour and I don't think corn flour and rice flour can be substituted because they don't have gluten at all and cake flour is especially used for making cakes because it contain only about 4-6 percent by weight ..but If you don't have high gluten wheat flour for bread, you can use All-purpose flour which the percentage of gluten is around 6-10. All-purpose flour is one of the standard pantry staples that can be used for most kinds of baking which it can substitute for making bread..I hope my information more or less can help you!
