Dear citizens,..he is small fish, in the whole episode of lakes encroachments, issues NOC's for corporate builders,..poor ACB, It appears ACB is not having sufficient manpower to control CORRUPTION,. go to any office, openly demanding bribe by appointing brokes/ out sourcing employees,..specially irrigation, town planning, surveyor department, municipal, Grampanchayat etc,..difficult task to conrtrol because to to bottom all involved in corruptio

The Gov't should take stringent action against others who R walking in this way. The higher Officials have to keep an eye on their sub-ordinates activities , and Randomly check in the field before approving permissions. So that they can avoid FTL & Buffer Zone constructions.

If you raid every govt officer from collector to Peon, ACB will get minimum 1 lakh crore. But what is the use. They will get out on bail and fight through court over their lifetime.
