Hi, Gaurav ji Connect with advocate Mukesh kulthia. He has revealed in his press conference that there is no such rule of 10/15 years passed under motor vehicle act, which is taken care by concerned ministry through proper process. This is mere act of Car Bandi Scam. Also request you, file a case in your District Court. But first see the videos of advocate Mukesh Kulthia against this scam. The order that is shown or used to terrify and pick vehicles of citizens is just a departmental order which is not a rule under Motor Vehicle Act to be applied on citizens. For this to happen it has to be passed as a Bill in both the houses of parliament then President's signature and so on..

Instead of putting 10 year,15 years criterion,the running of the vehicle is the scientific process of deciding things,a gentleman running 5000 km per year and one running 1 lakh are not adding to pollution in equal amounts,why punish the former,so this blindfold decision gives very poor signal about governance, enlightened persons are arguing, people are talking. Secondly what about pollution tests, it will be better if decisions are made on pollution criterion as per vehicle condition,these persons are adding, public is talking.
